Kevin James is not just the King of Queens, but the king of the box office as well.

For the second weekend in a row, James' Paul Blart: Mall Cop topped the list, this time earning $21.5 million to bring its cumulative gross to $64.8 million.

The comedy edged Underworld: Rise of the Lycans, which debuted to $20.7 million, a slightly lower opening than that of its predecessors, Underworld ($21.7 million) and Underworld: Evolution ($26.8 million). The weekend's other new release, Inkheart, failed to intrigue moviegoers, bowing in seventh with $7.7 million.

Dropping one place to third but still riding strong was Clint Eastwood's Gran Torino ($16 million), which now sits $3 million shy of the $100 million mark. Boosted by their Oscar nominations, Slumdog Millionaire, which earned 10 nods, and The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, which received 13, moved into fifth and ninth, respectively. Slumdog's $10.6 million haul brings its total to $56 million, while Button's $6 million take enabled the film to re-enter the top 10. Button's total is now $111 million.

Rounding out the top 10 were Hotel for Dogs (No. 4, $12.4 million), My Bloody Valentine 3-D (No. 6, $10.1 million), Bride Wars (No. 8, $7 million) and Notorious (No. 10, $5.7 million).

Studio : Columbia Pictures
Cast : Kevin James, Jayma Mays, Shirley Knight
Release : January 16, 2009
Genre : Action | Comedy | Crime | Family
Synapsis : Kevin James, of King of Queens and Hitch fame, plays your typical "every man" character in this movie. Paul Blart is a guy whose dream job (New Jersey state trooper) is just out of his grasp, but who's making the best he can out of the job he has - security guard at the local mall. He lives with his mother and daughter and dreams of finding that one person who can love and appreciate him for himself. The fateful time arrives for Paul to prove just what he's made of when a group of really bad folks, disguised as Santa's Helpers, take control of the mall just before closing time on Black Friday, the biggest shopping day of the year. They chase all the customers out at gunpoint, lock the doors, and take hostages in the bank branch located in the mall, including the object of Paul's affection - Amy - a kiosk worker in the mall. Their plan - steal the approximately $3 million in sales receipts on the credit card machines in the mall's stores. They've got just one problem - Paul Blart. What follows is a hilarious game of cat and mouse between these gun-toting, skateboard and trick bike riding thugs and Paul, an overweight security guard on a Segway scooter. There are quite a few unexpected plot twists and just when you think Paul's had it, he surprises you and the bad guys yet again with his quick wittedness and courage.

Genre: Biography, Drama, History, Thriller
Cast: Tom Cruise, Patrick Wilson, Bill Nighy, Carice van Houten, Kenneth Branagh
Release Date: December 26, 2008
Production Country: United States
Directed By: Bryan Singer
Film Duration: 120 min.
Production Year: 2008
Synopsis: In a country in the grips of evil, in a police state where every move is being watched in a world where justice and honor have been subverted, a group of men hidden inside the highest reaches of power decide to take action. Tom Cruise stars in the suspense film, VALKYRIE, based on the true story of Colonel Claus von Stauffenberg (CRUISE) and the daring and ingenious plot to eliminate one of the most evil tyrants the world has ever known. Director Bryan Singer (THE USUAL SUSPECTS, X-MEN, SUPERMAN RETURNS) re-teams with Academy Award®-winning USUAL SUSPECTS screenwriter Christopher McQuarrie to bring to life the story of the men who led the operation to assassinate Hitler. The film also stars an acclaimed cast including Kenneth Branagh, Bill Nighy, Tom Wilkinson, Carice van Houten, Thomas Kretschmann, Eddie Izzard, Christian Berkel and Terence Stamp.
A proud military man, Colonel Claus von Stauffenberg is a loyal officer who serves his country all the while hoping that someone will find a way to stop Hitler before Europe and Germany are destroyed. Realizing that time is running out, he decides that he must take action himself and joins the German resistance. Armed with a cunning strategy to use Hitler's own emergency plan - known as Operation Valkyrie - these men plot to assassinate the dictator and overthrow his Nazi government from the inside. With everything in place, with the future of the world, the fate of millions and the lives of his wife and children hanging in the balance, von Stauffenberg is thrust from being one of many who oppose Hitler to the one who must kill Hitler himself. VALKYRIE is produced by Bryan Singer, Christopher McQuarrie and Gilbert Adler. McQuarrie co-wrote the original screenplay with Nathan Alexander who also serves as co-producer. The executive producers are Chris Lee, Ken Kamins, Daniel M. Snyder, Dwight C. Schar and Mark Shapiro.
The film was shot in Germany at various locations where many of the actual events occurred, including the historic Bendlerblock. Recreating the atmosphere of urgency and paranoia inside the German resistance is a team that includes Singer's frequent collaborators Newton Thomas Sigel (SUPERMAN RETURNS, X2, X-MEN) as director of photography and editor/composer John Ottman (SUPERMAN RETURNS, X2); as well as production designers Lilly Kilvert (two-time Oscar®-nominee for THE LAST SAMURAI and LEGENDS OF THE FALL) and Patrick Lumb (THE OMEN) and costume designer Joanna Johnston (MUNICH, SAVING PRIVATE RYAN).

Then she meets the mysterious and dazzlingly beautiful Edward Cullen, a boy unlike any she's ever met. Intelligent and witty, he sees straight into her soul.
Soon, Bella and Edward are swept up in a passionate and decidedly unorthodox romance. Edward can run faster than a mountain lion, he can stop a moving car with his bare hands-and he hasn't aged since 1918.
Like all vampires, he's immortal. But he doesn't have fangs, and he doesn't drink human blood; Edward and his family are unique among vampires in their lifestyle choice. To Edward, Bella is that thing he has waited 90 years for-a soul mate.
But the closer they get, the more Edward must struggle to resist the primal pull of her scent, which could send him into an uncontrollable frenzy.
But what will Edward & Bella do when James, Laurent and Victoria, the Cullens' mortal vampire enemies, come to town, looking for her?
